Abstarct: ‌ This research was done baxsed on one of the needs of the rocket and space industry of our beloved country, which is to prevent the high costs of making perishable rims. According to the analysis and design, the method of making composite rim was investigated. According to that, the composite mold was designed and made. By using this mold, perishable composite rims were made. In this research, a mold was designed that can be used several times to make a composite rim, and the produced composite rim does not need separate machining. In order to prepare more accurate and realistic results of the fracture and separation of composite rims, the rims have been practically examined using the explosion test. Explosives were assembled in it, for this purpose, a mold has been designed on the other side of the mold for making composite rims so that explosion tests can be performed on it. The perishable rims that are used in rockets and spacecraft today are made of 7075 aluminum. But in this research, it is made of composite material, which is made of carbon fiber fabric and epoxy resin, and the method of making the perishable composite rim is the manual porcelain laxyer in a closed mold. For the explosive tests of this research, studies were also carried out that explosive cords with explosive material Paten and diameter 5 mm and the amount of explosive material 8.10 grams per meter and a two-way detonator with a diameter of 5 mm and length 6 cm and an electric arc detonation machine to create an explosion, determine became The purpose of the explosion tests in this research was to determine whether the separation takes place peripherally and completely in the composite rims or not. For this purpose, two composite rims made in the form of explosion test were assembled along with explosive and detonating cords and retaining covers. These rims were tested using the explosion test, very good results were obtained and it was observed that the separation took place in all the intended peripheral points and these results were in good agreement with the software analysis.
